Chef Abraham Salum has once again hit it out of the ballpark with his expert pairings drawing inspriation from his extensive travels and international flavor profile. Our menu for the evening is below. The event will benefit the Dallas Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier International, as well as The Stewpot of Dallas. Tickets are $110 until November 18, $125 after (if available*) and can be purchased through our website here.
