Part of our new adventure with Cogill Consulting is for me to help restaurants create their new wine lists. My latest work has been with the amazing Chef Joanne Bondy on her restaurant Stocks & Bondy, selling culinary commodities, like her amazing bone broths, homemade soups and stocks, at the new Market building at The Dallas Farmers Market.
One of the key things we wanted to do with the wine list was include an incredible selection of wines, at incredible prices, available for enjoyment both at the Market, as well as for taking home. And, every selection has a very personal connection to me, as many are my favorites.

A glass of wine and a great movie go hand in hand, we think it is the perfect pairing. And now is the best time of year to enjoy both as theaters are filled with Academy Award contenders, and wineries all over the world have released their latest vintages ready for enjoyment.
Dallas Uncorked wants to help with this enjoyment by throwing our 2nd annual happy hour wine and movie night with major motion picture film producer, long time film critic (now with KXAS-TV/NBC5) Gary Cogill at Veritas Wine Bar on February 21 from 6pm-8pm.
Gary will lead guests on an interactive discussion of what to see, what not to, and mainly, what is sure to win this year’s “Oscar” for all of your favorite film categories, as well as anecdotes from his years…
